For me, pregnancy was something I hoped and planned. I figured it would be super setting, eating all the food adequate, and therefore breaks through the work in record time. Well, I guess this is partly true, I did a little exercise, eating certain foods suitable (and others felt at the time!) and on the hand ... Took some good times and has not been easy, but it's great worth in the end.
We all know that exercise is important and it's really personal preference as to which type you choose. If you read our last entry, we have the water covered with a fabulous range of new swimwear is now available from Queen Bee, and of course we have great yoga wear and active wear. I found that during pregnancy, despite good intentions, I really had no energy for anything too active. I pasted the smooth preparation exercise, and I discovered pilates and yoga during pregnancy did were still excellent. We seem to focus on the physical approach to the delivery, but for many women who are mentally and even spiritually prepared is just as important because both at work and to enter parenthood, relaxation and ability to calm the mind are the essential skills of survival.
