Bottle of mango and passion fruit coulis 1 1 / 4 c. Of tea each cornmeal
Gasoline vanilla and white wine vinegar (combined with the pasta)
4 egg whites
225 grams (8 ounces) powdered sugar
75 g (3 oz) desiccated coconut
300 ml (1/2pt) double cream

Instructions

Preheat oven to 150c/Gas2.
Line a baking sheet with nonstick parchment paper.
Beat the egg whites until stiff, then whisk the sugar, about 1 teaspoon at a time, with a bit of cornmeal mix each addition. Beat until stiff peaks form.
Add the coconut.
Pour into baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake about 50 minutes until crispy on the inside, but were still soft.
Remove from oven and lightly cover with a cloth or a clean sheet for 15 minutes.
Whip the cream until it holds its shape then fold in about 1/2-3/4 bottle of mango and passion fruit coulis.
Turn meringue into a large sheet of parchment paper on a clean work surface and carefully peel the baking paper.
Let it go cold spread on a thick layer of cream flavor.
Use paper to help you turn the trill of a short end and transfer to a serving platter.

Banana Nut Banana Nut

The name of my site is enjoying food diabetic and I think it's a true statement. I like good food! And I just bet you also Do I right? The only thing I have learned since being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes at the age of sixty years, ie, being diabetic does not mean you can not enjoy of good food. Oh, sure, I'd rather not be a diabetic. I prefer to be able to eat as you did before. But I found how to change my favorite recipes around for diabetes friendly. I found a recipe in an ad for the grocery store, newspaper and thought maybe I could do anything I can enjoy without guilt or increased blood sugar. Give My fruit and nut bread a try.

1 / 2 cup fresh blueberries

2 1 / 4 c. Tea baking powder

1 tablespoon olive / 3 cup light olive

1 / 2 cup quick cooking oats

1 1 / 2 cups flour

Splenda 2 / 3 cup

1 / 4 tea salt (optional, depending on diet)

1 / 2 cup egg substitute

1 cup mashed ripe bananas

1 / 2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons tablespoons flour over blueberries. Sift the remaining flour with Splenda, baking powder and salt. Stir in oats. Mix egg substitute, olive oil and banana together. Mix dry ingredients to banana mixture. Incorporate nuts. Times in blueberries. Pour mixture into a loaf pan that has been sprayed with non-coated cooking. Bake one hour or until bread springs back when lightly touched. Cool ten minutes and then remove from pan. Cool on a rack before cutting.

This recipe is easy to make, healthy ingredients and has never caused my blood sugar in the blood. I like for breakfast with yogurt as a snack or a piece serves as a replacement. It is also a great hostess gift or a element that you can take to "pitch-in meals. In this way, you know it's a sweet, you can enjoy without guilt, while others induldge sugar Candy Laden. I often ask other recipe and can not believe it is a "no sugar added" foods.
