Chocolate Cream Pie

A line of mold with rich pie dough, put into an advantage additional bark the same as the cake. Fill with chocolate filling made after the following recipe. Bake in preheated oven until crust is removed, and when cool, cover with meringue and brown very slowly in moderate oven.
CHOCOLATE FILLING
* 1 cup milk * Pinch of salt * 1 ½ squares of Baker's Chocolate, * Level 2 tablespoons flour * 2 eggs (yolks), * 5 tablespoons sugar (level) * 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Put the milk, salt and chocolate on top - double boiler, and hot and sweet, mix the flour, which was mixed with cold milk enough to be sufficiently thin enough to pour into the hot milk. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened, then cook for eight or ten minutes. Mix eggs and sugar and pour the mixture hot over them, stirring well, put in double boiler and cook, stirring constantly for one minute. Remove and, when cold add one teaspoon vanilla.
MERENGUE
* 2 eggs (white) * Pinch salt * 4 tablespoons tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Add salt and beaten eggs in a bowl with a fork or an egg and beat until firm and flaky plate can be reversed. Slowly beat sugar, vanilla and beat until the plate can be reversed.
